                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                  A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN BREWERS
                  ASSOCIATION, INC. FOR THE LEASE OF CERTAIN
                  PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE 200 BLOCK OF BROAD
                  STREET IN FRONT OF AND ADJACENT TO BIG RIVER
                  GRILLE & BREWING WORKS FROM 11:00 P.M. AUGUST
                  26, 1994 THROUGH 8:00 A.M. AUGUST 28, 1994 FOR
                  THE PURPOSE OF THE SOUTHERN BREWERS FESTIVAL.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Lease Agreement with Southern Brewers Association,
       Inc. for the lease of certain property located at the 200 block 
of
       Broad Street in front of and adjacent to Big River Grille &
       Brewing Works from 11:00 p.m. August 26, 1994 through 8:00 a.m.
       August 28, 1994 for the purpose of the Southern Brewers Festival.
